TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECTURE

In an emergency room reception space which could potentially harbor anxiety or distress, ShiKa has created a bright, uplifting central entrance to Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Hospital. Through the use of soft pastel colors, warm wood tones and circular lights, a comfortable and calming atmosphere has been created for the entrance. The high ceilings elevate the space and allow ample natural light to flow through the building, connecting the indoors to the outside environment. The external pergola and garden create an opportunity for the outside to be optimized for patrons.
